We have two HVS members only Pilates classes taking place most weeks. Wednesday 12:30pm at the Glynleigh Well Being Centre -  www.glynleighwellbeingcentre.com - which is just behind Hilliers Garden Centre plus new location from 2022 - Monday 7pm at St Luke’s Stone Cross. Nancy Procter (above, showing off her skills) is our teacher; she is lovely and welcoming to all - whether having a go for the first time or getting back after an absence! Lots of people were interested in other activities such as running, cycling and yoga and I am hoping to put people in touch with each other.  Coordinating with everyone's busy lives is nearly impossible!
